Visio to PDF - Truncated URLs

When I save a Visio 2003 file as a PDF using Acrobat 8 Professional any URLs
with a ? in them are truncated at the ?. How can I prevent this? I can't
change the URLs and re-entering each link in Acrobat is very time consuming
since I'm dealing with a Visio document that will be updated regularly and
needs to be re-PDF'd to post online.

I have the latest Visio 2003 service pack and still have the problem.

I have found this question on other forums, but found no solutions. Any
suggestions?

I can reproduce this effect with another tool, I suspect it's caused
by Acrobat (and the other tool) using the .Address element of the
hyperlink which does terminate at '?', whereas, if the .CreateURL
method is used to extract the link then the full URL is available.

However, Save as Webpage doesn't terminate in this manner so my first
instinct is that this is a problem in Acrobat.

I have the same situation. The only way around it was to upgrade to 2007 and
use the publish as pdf feature. Unfortunately, this introduced another
problem. I *NEED* to use relative not absolute hyperlinks. Publish as PDF
does not honor this setting in Visio. I fix one show stopping problem and
introduce another.
