Visio to quark

I have created several flow charts that I need to put into a "Quark"
document. When I save as a jpg, the resolution is very fuzzy. Any
suggestion how to get a crisp, clear image into Quark?

JPG is for photos and does not work well with diagrams. Try a vector based
format such as Metafile (WMF or EMF).

Great information! I'll give it a try. Last night I was tinkering around
and saved the diagrams as a JPG, but changed the resolution to 300x300.
Those turned out much better. Can't wait to see if what a WMF or EMF would
look like.
