Visio Trial installations

I recently downloaded the trial version of Visio from the microsoft website.
After the download completes and i trial to run the VisioEval.exe it tells me
that VisioEval.exe is not a vlid Win32 Application. I have tried this on
multiple computers with either windows XP or windows 2000 as the OS. I have
seen a couple other people with this problem but haven't seen any answers.
Any help would be appreciated.. thanks!!

my experience is that the file was corrupted during download.

watch out!!! The file is infected with win32/jeefo
