Visio very slow at startup

When Visio starts up it takes almost 2 mins (on a very fast machine). I
noticed for each startup of Visio I get an error in the event viewer. The
error is for the MsiInstaller and says:

Failed to connect to server.Error 0x800401F0

This is happening on Visio2002 on WIndows 2000. I've tried reinstalling
Visio, installing win2k service packs, etc...

Any ideas?

Seen that ... however the paragraph:

Error: 0x800401F0 = "CoInitialize() has not been called." From Microsoft:
The error may mean CO_E_NOTINITIALIZED, indicating that CoInitialize() has
not been called. From newsgroups: after installing Visio 2002 sr-1 on
Windows 2000 or Windows XP, not necessarily located on a network, this event
may rise everytime Visio 2002 is started or an object from it is opened or
viewed in another application.

Doesn't explain how to fix it :-(
