Visio Viewer 2003 - Is there one ?

Information on MS website points me to provide a visio viewer (2003) for those without full Visio to view my .vsd files i provide them...

There is no Visio 2003 viewer available to download .

Has Microsoft provided one yet.. Or if not.. When ?

I am a little dissapointed that MS sell this product on the selling point that a viewer is available to share documents.. They are more than happy to sell the full product and take our money. But do not provide the additional software they say they will ?
