Visio viewer font problems on print

When Printing a visio file the printout quality of the fonts and graphics
becomes ridicously bad. On screen I can zoom with full quality. It behaves as
if it was a bitmap that was expanded and the pixels get bigger and bigger the
more you zoom.
I'm using a HP Color LaserJet 8550DN

Any suggestions.

I have the same problem,trying to print a VSD file from viewer i get blury
fonts while getting a clear print using the Visio application 2003.
Any suggestions?

Actually, it seem difficult to print using Visio viewer. I failed even after
trying according to, as much as I could, the manual. Finally, I had a
collegue with Visio (not the viewer) to create a pdf wich I then could print.
