Visio Web Shapes

I have Visio Pro 2003 installed on a Windows 2003 terminal server.

When a user search for a shape they get the following error:

Shape Search
1. Visio Web Shapes - Unable to establish an Internet connection. Results
are limited to the shapes found on your computer. (To check your search
settings, on the Tools menu, click Options, and then view the Shape Search
tab.)

Does anyone know of a document somewahere that details the Internet Explorer
settings and access details (Firewall ports etc) required to ensure this
works.

I'd suggest that you check the user configuration on the terminal server.
