VISIO Website won't click

I used VISIO to create a workflow diagram, but the links only works on some
PC's not others. The link calls a jscript function. On the PC's where it
works the arrow cursor turns into a hand cursor; where it doesn't work the
cursor doesn't change. I looks like I need to enable something on the
non-responsive PC's, but I don't know what.
