Visio with Addin - very slow response for .NET interop

We have an Addin for Visio and installed onto server with Windows 2003, NOT
SP1.

When we open a file (for the addin) it takes 60-90 seocnds to open. Then
when wecall our pull down and request a panel, antoehr 60-90 seconds to get
teh pane, etc.

The Developer says..tell them it looks like the .net application takes along
time to JIT compile. ......once it runs, then it runs fine. Also, it only
takes along time when com interoping to visio
