Visio won't work after installing MS 2000 hotfixes

Recently after installing Microsoft Hotfixes / security patches on our
windows 2000 pc's / laptops, we noticed that Visio 2000 no longer works on
them. Which hotfix corrupted the application so I can remove it. This just
happened this week.
