I am running Visio 2003 SP1 and Word 2002 SP3. I created my diagram with
Visio on a 'D' size sheet. I used the rectangle tool to put dashed boxes
around certain parts of the diagram. I copied the diagram, just the diagram
not the whole sheet, into a Word document, and poof, the dashed lines turned
into solid lines. I've found that if the rectangle is equal to or great than
5.25 inches wide (scaled) it turns solid. If it is less than it goes back to
dashed.
Anyone have an idea why Word acts this way? Is it a scaling issue with the
Visio interface into Word?
