Visio/Word Issue

Hello,

Somebody has created something in Visio and copied it into Word. I need to
PDF it, but this is giving me problems. The background comes out fine, but
the text on the document has enlarged greatly and is mostly shifted off the
page.

I tried to PDF it straight from Visio, but apparently my version doesn't
support this.

Any help would be greatly appreciated
