Visio XML question

Hi,
I'm trying to automatically generate a Visio flowchart by creating an XML
file, but I've stumbled in a situation whose solution eludes me.
I have two shapes: Shape1 and Shape2. The following situation happens:
- If I create Shape1 first, Shape2 doesn't show up;
- If I don't create Shape1, Shape2 shows up ok;
- If I invert the order and create Shape2 first, Shape1 doesn't show up;
- If I invert the order and don't create Shape2, Shape1 shows up ok.

It seems that the second shape is somewhat related to the first one. This
only depends on the order by which the shapes are created, it has nothing to
do with the shapes themselves.
I guess I'm missing some property I can't identify. So I was hoping you
guys could have some ideas.

You might try first drawing the image that you want to create with visio,
export it as xml and then investigate what it looks like in a working
diagram compared to what your code creates....
