Visio Zoom

How come the zoom in Visio doesn't work if I'm using Insert/Object/Visio
in Word 97? Without zoom, I can't orient things accurately and it
becomes effectively useless.

when you click the visio object, does it open visio for you? Word (at any
version) has no concept of zooming a visio object, if you want to do that
visio has to be installed on the system.
