Visio2000: Error 100 When You Open a Saved Visio Drawing

Is there anyone that have a solution to this issue? I have a .vsd file that
will not open with the error message 100.
I have read the article 264660 but this does not give a solution to this
problem.

the error message 100 as I remember is a corrupted file and there was no way
to recover it. hopefully you have a backup copy of the file (autosave was
put into a later version of visio)
