Visio2000 hyperlinks disappears in PDF

I'm using Visio 2000 standard and when I convert the file to PDF the
hyperlinks disappear. Is there a way to maintain and not lose the hyperlinks
when the visio files are converted to PDF?

I believe it's going to depend on your software that translates to PDF.
Visio has nothing to do with this. I have yet to see a driver that renders
the links, but I'm not saying there isn't one.
