Visio2007.Main menu accidently got closed.How do I make it reappea

While working on a VSD file, my main menu accidently got closed/hidden. Now I
dont see the menu with File,Edit,Tools,...,Help etc options. Infact I dont
see any menu at all. I closed all files and Visio application, and reopened
the Visio application. But still I dont see any menu. Can anyone suggest me
to how to restore my Visio menu

It's possible to drag the menu bar and drop it elsewhere on the
screen, it might now be off the visible screen area.
I wonder who thought this might be a useful feature?
Can you change your screen size so you can get a larger screen area?

It'll be a setting in the registry but I can't find anything at the
moment.
