vision shape names

I don't want shape names like Process.59 showing up on my Vision html page
when doing a click + cntrl on a shape to see details. How can I change the
name to be meaningful like Document.Mail ID Report

Tools \ Options \ Advanced ... Check Developer Mode

Then the right mouse menu on a shape has Format \ Special option
You can then rename the shape
