Visitor being prompted to download VML

I have a visitor (on netscape, using IE6.0) who get's my intro page loaded
(http://kypets.com/) but cannot click to enter into the site. A box is
popping up to install vector rendering graphics to view site properly.
Usually she says she can ignore this and view fine, but with MY site . . . .
nope!
When I uploaded I DID uncheck rely on VML box. So why is this happening? And
what can I do about it? Or, what can she do about it?

VML should be installed already with the browser. But since it's not in her
case, for whatever reason, she should proceed with installing. She is
obviously aware of this if she mentioned "usually". I would bet she needs to
go to Windows Update and get her system properly updated.
As for your site, 2003 uses VML, period. The option checked, means basically
"all VML all the time". Unchecked means essentially, "not exclusively".
