vislib.dll for Visio 2003 OM needed

vislib.dll, which is coming with Visio 2003 installation is recognized by
VS.NET 2003 as Visio 2002 library, which doesn't have some features of Visio
2003 object model.

Any idea where real vislib.dll for Visio 2003 could be found?
