VISO 2003 SP2 DUTCH

Hello,

We are experiencing difficulties when installing SP2 for VISIO 2003 Dutch
language versions.
There is a KB article 833997 which should be in SP2 but does not seem to
replace the files it should replace.
Is this a known issue or are there any options for solving this issue. The
help files are not overwritten, i have tried this on Windows XP SP2 / Server
2003 R2 and Server 2003 R2 64 bit but none seems to be installed correctly.

Have tried installing it on several different systems and configurations.
When looking with process monitor the servicepack reads the files
VIS_SAEC.CHM and Vis_Saec.chm but does not overwrite them. When deleting
these files prior to SP 2 installation the SP 2 installtion does overwrite
them.
Have also tried a Visio SP1 installation and this is overwriting the files
correctly.
