Viso Hyperlink

All,

Within a Visio object I am using the EventDblClick to go
to an administrative web page. This works without issue
when using a basic url. However when I use the following
please notice the port 1959:

=GOTOPAGE("HTTP://10.10.10.10:1959/appliance/config.htm")

it fails. This is a bogus ip address however the format is
accurate. I am using Visio 2000 SR1. I have tried to use
single quotes around the port but it still does not work.
