Viso + word problem

I have version 2003 of both products.

In my word document I include network diagrams with visio.

I am experiencing a problem. When I edit with vision the diagram is perfect,
but when I go back in word I have some of the items that are not displayed
at the right place : so the diagram means nothing.

I just wonder what is going on. As far as I know I have the last version of
the product.
