Vista 2007 Office Word

In a new document, capital letters are horizonally cut in half but small
letters are OK. This is not significant in print preview or in printing and
doesn't show up when I open new documents but only when I type new ones. How
can I correct this?

Check the line spacing on the Normal style. It may be set to Exactly some
amount.
