Vista and mailmerge with Office 2003

I am trying to do a mailmerge on my new Vista computer, using a spreadsheet
created in Excel2003, into Word 2003. When I try and select the data source I
get an error "Open Database Connectivity Error" Data source file not found
and no default driver specified. This is something I've done a million times
in XP with no problems. Can any body tell me what I'm missing!
