Vista Business with Outlook 2003-Receive hangs

I have a new laptop and am running Outlook 2003 I installed along with McAfee
Security Center installed via Dell.

I use Outlook only for a POP account. When I try running the send/receive
from my office it allows outgoing messages, but hangs on receive. Strangely
it allows the first email, then stops all others. It eventually times out as
an error.

I have logged in as admin and my user name, both local to the machine and
thru the domain, but no luck.

I have tried everything I know. Windows Mail hangs the same way. When I
log into my desktop in my office, I have no problems whatsoever.

Any ideas?
