Vista Home Premium, Office 2007 and Windows Mobile 6.0

I need to buy a new laptop with Vista Home premium, Office 2007 Small
Business and anything else I would need so that my laptop and my cellphone -
a HTC XV6900 which runs Windows mobile 6 - will be in constant communications
and any data I add in the field on my cellphone will instantly be updated to
my Laptop.

Dell tells me that this is a seamless process but I have concerns about this
working seamlessly. Any tips or suggestions ?

Microsoft Technical Support, right? Since you offered ZIP as to what
concerns you have, just exactly what answer do you believe you should
get from the rest of we users?
