Vista / Office 2003 license

Hi All,

Installed vista Business last week, and Office 2003 pro.
Every time I start Outlook/excel/word/etc, it prompts me with the Office
license. I click "Agree", and then continue work. But the next time I
start any office application, I get prompted again..and again..

I'm guessing its some registry protection error. My account is a domain
admin (and UAC is enabled).

Well - I think I found the workaround, which was to Run excel.exe as an
Administrator once. My guess it was then able to write to the registry.

This can't be right though... I can't deploy that out to end-users as a
"solution"..
