Vista - Office 2003

i have just installed office 2003 onto my system ( vista ) & opened
excel attachent from an email no problem

But when i tried this on my brothers system ( vista ) i cant open th
attachment
- im given the option ( open with ) - but when i go to my desktop
select excel nothing happens ???

its as if excel is not recognised ??

I asked which email program you're using for a reason. An answer like "same
one as I am" doesn't help when I don't know which one you're using. I can't
see what you're doing there, and if you can't be bothered to help me know
what's going on in front of you, then I can be bothered to try to help you.
