Vista/OL2007 cannot download via VPN to Exchange 2000, ISA 2000

I cannot download messages from a client running Vista with Outlook 2007 via
a VPN connection to an SBS 2000 server running Exchange 2000 and ISA 2000,
even after installing the Firewall Client for ISA Server
(ISACLIENT-KB929556-ENU.EXE). Any thoughts on how to do this before
uninstalling Office/Outlook 2007 and trying to get connectivity through
Office/Outlook 2003?

What error messages are you getting? Is there anything useful in Event Viewer?
