Hi,
I'm on the edge of giving up on Vista (my 4th re-install here). At first
Outlook worked ok. Then my computer froze and I got the blue screen of death
etc etc etc. Now when I try to enter my Outlook 2003 program, I get a window
saying this:
"Unable to open default email folder. The file
C:\Users\FSB\AppData\Local\microsoft\outlook\outloook.pst is not a personal
folders file. "
I've tried running the "repair program" from 'programs and features'. I've
tried doing a repair with the Office 2003 disk and I've tried reinstalling
with the 2003 disk. Nothing has worked.
This is my last hope at maybe not doing a whole reformat (yet again). I
appreciate any help. Many Thanks,
Frank
