Vista previa defectuosa de un documento antes de abrirlo

Al intentar abrir un documento y activar la vista previa, ésta no se muestra
tal como se mostraba en Office 2003. La imagen es casi ininteligible. En
Office 2003 hasta el texto de la vista previa se podía leer. Además, la vista
previa se muestra en un tamaño de hoja diferente, lo que ocasiona la
distorsión mencionada.

Have you tried changing the Zoom ratio?
