Just loaded Office 2003 on my new computer with VISTA... now everytime I try
to open the MSAccess vba I get a runtime error. Have no idea why this is
happening. Have reinstalled office just in case...
Runtime Error!
Program:

"This application has requested the runtime to terminate in an unusual way.
Please contact the applications support team.. "

It is happening with all mdb's ... any suggestions?
Thanks!

I'm just busy having a conversation with myself... anyway I have found out
that it is just the menu button for VBA that isn't working. If I go to the
menu and choose vba editor it opens no error alt F11 VBA works also

so... guess I use alt F11 from now on

COMPATIBILITY ISSUES:
1)End User License Agreement Keeps popping up
2)VBA EDITOR runtime error with MSAccess 2003

If you get weird errors you might want to check the PERMISSIONS as is
indicated with this fix that has nothing to do with the error I was getting.
It worked with my OFFICE 2003 VBA Editor issue

quick notes:Registry edit... backup first!

For Microsoft Office 2003:
HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\Software\Microsoft\Office\11.0
RIGHT MOUSE CLICK ON THE FOLDER (not stated in the instructions)
Click Permissions.
Click Users (Computer_name\Users), and then click to select the Allow check
box for the Full Control permission.
Click OK, and then quit Registry Editor.

Try creating a shortcut to msaccess.exe with the Run As Administrator box
checked.

Also, see if the correct Access and Office libraries are loading.
