Vista will not install Office XP Media cd

I have Vista Business and Office 2007. According to KB897754 I can add clip
art to the Clip Organizer in a 2007 office system. I have successfully done
this on two other Vista Bus/Office 2007 PCs. On the third (laptop), the copy
progress begins and then just vanishes off the screen and the CD stops
spinning.

What gives???

If I remember correctly the Media Disk has its own setup file. Might try setting
up the files that way.
