VIsual Basic AutoExec ERROR

Hello,
I just installed Office 2000 on to my Windows 2000 OS.
When I open Word I get this error: Microsoft Visual
Basic Compile error in hidden module: AutoExec
When I open Excel I get this error: Microsoft Visual
Basic Compile error in hidden module: Autoexecnew
When I close Excel I get this error: Compile error in
hidden module: distmon

I do not know what to do. Can anyone help me Please?
