Visual Basic Code & Word Template Files

Truc Tran

Hello,

I have created some Word templates using Word 2003 with some Visual
Basic code in them. The problem is that when a new normal word file
is created from these templates, the codes will be included in it.
And don't want it to be that way.

So, my question is: Is there any way to make a template so that new
file created from it will not include the code.

Your help will be hightly appreciated.

Thank you,
Tran

Did you already try to store your code in normal.dot?
Else, select Options/Macro/Macro's... and click the lower button which will
bring you in the 'macro control center'. There you can specify the files
your macro should be running in.
