Visual Basic Compile Errors

Hi
We have a user with Office XP, when he opens Excel or Access, a window saying installing MS Excel/Access feature, then Visual Basic opens with a compile error Can't find Project or Library
This issue is documented in older versions of Office (Q208218 & Q160870) and the documentation solution seems to refer to when opening one particular document not when opening any document.
It's the directors PC, I'm pulling my hair out

Hi,

The VB code behind the document(s) giving you heartburn are looking for a Reference to a library, which it cannot find on the director's PC. A library is a file. It could be part of office that wasn't installed, or part of another program.

do you know the name of the library it can't find? that would be very helpful.
