Visual Basic error opening PowerPoint

M

Matt Brandon

Greetings folks,

Every time I open PowerPoint I get an error that reads:

"Powerpoint could not open the Visual Basic for Application project in
presentation Joe:Applications:Microsoft Office
X:Startup:powerPoint:pDFMaker.ppa."

I have trashed the PDFMaker.ppa file, but every time I open Acrobat it
reinstalls it. I et the same error with Excel.

Any reason for this. I heard it comes from upgrading rather than doing a
fresh install.

Any help would be appreciated,

Matt

Hi Matt,

Check for solutions to this in the Word newsgroup. I saw several suggestions
there.
