Visual Basic Error when inserting Macromedia Flash Object

Whenever I try to insert a Macromedia Flash Object I get the following error

"System Error &H8004011 (-2147221231" when I click on Help it says

"The specified system error occurred


Visual Basic encountered an error that was generated by the system or an
external component."

I tried installing Windows Script 5.6, reinstalling Office 2003,
reinstalling Flash/Shockwave but still no luck?

You need to insert a shockwave Flash object not a Macromedia Flash Object
