Visual Basic Help in Excel

In Excel I go into Visual Basic Editor, then Visual Basicc Help, but when I type 'Passwords' for example it will bring up a list of related items, but some of them you can't select. Does this mean the installation CD is corrupt and hasn't installed all the components? I have reinstalled and repaired the installtion but to no avail

Any ideas anyone
