Visual C++ error when starting Outlook XP

Whenever I start Outlook XP I get the following error:

Debug Error!
Program: c:\progra~1\Micros~2\Office10\outlook.exe
abnormal program termination
(press retry todebug the application)
Abort Retry Ignore

Whn I abort, it quits Outlook and I go back in just fine the second time.
Anyone have any ideas?
