Visual C++ runtime error printing Word

I am trying to print a Word document on a new HP 4600
colour printer and receive the following error:

Microsoft Visual C++ Runtime Library
Runtime Error
Program C:\Program Files\Microsoft
Office\Office\WINWORD.EXE
Abnormal program termination.

The document printed fine on another colour printer and on
2 black & white printers. I am looking on the Microsoft
Knowledgebase and also on the Hp site in the meantime.

Can anyone assist? Thanks, Katherine
