Out of the Blue! I get the error "Microsoft Visual C++ Runtime Library
Runtime Error C:\Program~\Micros~\Office\Outlook.Exe This application has
requested the runtime to terminat in an unusual way". This happens imediately
when Outlook starts up. The only change I am aware of is the automatic update
to XP that occured last night, although it's been a few days since I ran
Outlook so I'm not sure when this all started. I have tried clearing starting
Outlook from the command line with switches /cleanreminders and /cleanview. I
have also reinstalled Office 2000 and downloaded and installed SR2. I also
removed Adobe acrobat because I thought it might be the culpret. I have
Norton security on my system but Outlook has always worked fine with it in
the past. Any help would be appreciated. Thanks.
