I am using 32 bit windows-XP system (SP-2) - all updates installed.
This is a new system in which I have just installed office2003 using my old
license key.
I have loaded all updates (SP-3) from office site.
My system has AVG antivirus proffesional edition.
In powerpoint when I try to insert a picture, the file selection window
appears. In the file selection window when I try to brouse a different
directory to search for a file the following message appears :
Microsoft visual C++ runtime library.
Runtime error.
Program:c:\programfiles\Microsoft ofice\Office11\powerpoint.exe
This application has requested the runtime to terminate it in an unusual
way. Please contact the application support team for more information.
After this the program closes.
Please suggest me how I can solve this problem.
