Visual Keyboard for Office 2003?

Where can I find the Visual Keyboard for Office 2003? I
had installed and used it with Office 2000. I see the
version that works with Office XP and Office 2000 can
still be downloaded. Here is the URL for the download:

This keyboard is a real aid to developers who have
internationalization assignments and also by home users
world-wide who speak English as well as other natural
languages.

Thanks in advance to anyone who might be able to share
information about the availability of this tool for use
with Office 2003
