visual keyboard vs. on-screen keyboard

there seems to be confusion, even at microsoft, about two different features:
the "accessibility" on-screen keyboard for the mobility-impaired, as opposed
to the "office tool" microsoft visual keyboard for the multiple language
typist, where the keyboard layout of the language you are using can be called
up as needed. both on-screen and visual keyboards are available with word
2000 but not word 2003; when trying to get info on downloading the visual
keyboard to word 2003, you get info on the on-screen keyboard, which is NOT
THE SAME!
