Visual Studio 2005

I am using Visual Studio 2005 as the editor for my web pages and the way
my version at home works is different than the one I use a school.

At school when I use the internal browser, it will prompt to allow the
JavaScript, but my one at home, the internal browser does not prompt me
for allowing JavaScript to work. If I use the normal IE it works fine,
but I need to use the development web server so I need to use the
internal browser. How do I enable script prompting, does someone know.
