Vizio 2003 Text Block - Single Line Text

Creating an org chart - seems like every time I use a new block there's an
extra line which throws off centering my text. e.i. I type 1 line of text and
it turns into two lines when I move onto the next block. What's going on?

select from the menu Organization Chart => Options => fields, and select
which fields you want to display,
