vlookup and search combine in vba.

dear all, may i know how to perform two times vlookup in vba? the
first column in datasheet can directly map to master table item column
if found then continue vlookup master table desc column from second
column in datasheet. but second vlookup a bit tricky as it is a
sentence. how to find the correct word first, in this case plate, head
before the vlookup. if found in both datasheet and master table then
it is found.

20k1 this is plate (search the word plate)
20k1 this is head (search the word head)
master table
item desc amount
20k1 plate table (and try to lookup here, if found plate then
return value)
20k1 head table 456
20k3 apple table 379
20k5 orange table 23

VLOOKUP accepts wildcards. To search for plate anywhere in the cell

VLOOKUP("*plate*",TheRange,2,0)
