Vlookup help menue is wrong ????

Hi ya

Can somone please tell me why this vlookup from the help menu does not
compute

= VLOOKUP("DI-328", A26, 3, FALSE) * (1 + VLOOKUP("DI-328", A26, 4, FALSE)
)

I get #value!
